Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by:
- Telephoning the Patient Ordering Service (POD) on 0333 332 0050 (Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm)
- Order online – Registration is required for this service.

Your prescription will normally be ready in 3 working days. All our prescriptions are sent via the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) directly to your nominated pharmacy. Click here for more information on this service.
Collections
The majority of our patients elect to collect repeat prescription from a local pharmacy including pharmacies within supermarkets. In addition, delivery of repeat medication to housebound patients can be arranged with many pharmacies- please check with your local pharmacy for more information.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a GP, Clinical Pharmacist or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification of when this is due will appear on your repeat prescription slip.

Do not book a routine appointment to order your regular medications as GPs do not have the available appointments to do this. Please only use the P.O.D or Online Services.
