We believe that our patients should be involved in decisions about their care: the how, the when and by who they receive it. The only true way we can be sure that the services provided meets the needs of our community is if we hear from you. We would like our healthcare professionals and our patients / service-users to work together, in partnership, to provide the correct care and services to our community.
