If your Doctor agrees, repeat prescriptions can be requested at Reception
giving notice of two working days.

If you are unable to visit the Surgery you may post your request with a stamped addressed envelope and the completed prescription will be returned to you – but allow enough time for the post.

You can also arrange to collect your prescription from most local pharmacies that participate in the repeat collection scheme. Patients can check with their local pharmacy to ensure if they are part of our scheme. For this service you will need to write this on your repeat request form.

Delivery of your medication can be arranged with most pharmacies to their home address. Please check with your local pharmacy for more details.

If you have a query with regard to your prescription please telephone 836133. The prescriptions office is open Mon to Fri 9.30am - 1pm and 2pm - 4.30pm.

To avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, telephone requests for repeat prescriptions are not accepted.
