the surgery whenever possible; you
will be seen sooner and we will be
able to use our time more
effectively. However, if you are too
ill to come to the surgery ring

request a home visit.
Urgent visits will
of course be made as soon as
possible.
New Telephone System
In order to improve access and
quality of service to patients we
now have an automated system when
ringing the surgery during opening
hours. It gives choices to:
a) Make request for home visit
b) Prescription enquiries (not for
dispensing items, queries only)
c) Appointment requests
We hope this saves you time in
accessing our services.
